World Class packaging
Boezetti Packaging is a company that produces high quality zip as well as one way degassing valves for coffee bags etc. We also manufacture laminated pouches from polyester to Nylon to metalized and foil laminants. Our partners in the print provide us with the printed reels from your artwork, where we then produce high quality bags and pouches in different styles, from flat 3 side sealed to finseal and doypacks and gusseted coffee bags. Our speciality is a two compartment or twin pouch. We also have a filling department where these twin pouches are filled with water and powder

Services
Zipper / Zipper tape / Zipper String
We manufacture a wide range of profiles in LDPE, we also manufacture special zip containing low temperature sealing layers for FFS packaging machines. We have a in-house tool room where we design and cut specific profiles to suit customer needs.
Branding / Printing
Bags can be made to customer specifications with printing up to 8 colors from artwork provided by the customer or we can provide artwork and design service
Pouches / Bags
We manufacture various types of bags, namely: 3 side seal flat pouches / standup pouches / doypacks / quad bags / spine seal bags for various products. These pouches have different oxygen barrier levels depending on the product being packed ranging from nylon / foils etc.
Coffee valve / one way degassing valve
We are currently the only manufacturers of the one way degassing value in South Africa, of the highest standard competes extremely well with the Swiss and Italian import. We also offer a valve insertion service if so required
Twin packs / pouches / two COmpartment
We manufacture a wide range of twin packs for use in the food industry as well as industrial pouches. We co-extrude our own burst seal strip inabeling the two products in the pouch to be mixed once the burst seal has been broken. The burst strenght can be adjusted to customer requirements. We also manufacture these twin packs with a spout and lid.
Water
We have a water filling line where we fill purified prepared water and we are able to pack anything from sachets to bottles. Water is tested reguarly by accredited laborities.

Who Is Boezetti
Boezetti packaging is a small/medium business, born in 2014 on the tip of Africa in the beautiful city of Cape Town.
It is run by a husband and wife team with more than 50 years of joint business experience in the manufacturing sector.
Not only do we have vast experience, but we are also driven by the need to provide products of exceptional high quality.
Our Factory
Our factory is run under the FSSC22000 banner, which ensures that we are running our business at a first world level. Boezetti packaging prides itself in creating employment and uplifting our employees to new levels of skills.
We don’t just talk about employing the people of South Africa, we are doing it!!
One of the added services was to start contract packing, with minimal machine automation, we are able to employ more than 40 people.
Our Aspirations
Future dreams and aspirations include adding more plastic production machines to compete with specially imported products as well as a complete plastic recycling plant. This is in order to stop our manufacturing waste going to landfill sites.
Along with suppliers like Dow, Exxonmobil, Dupont and Sasol we are looking at bio compostable plastic alternatives, which we believe is still in its infancy, but is coming!
We are putting in every effort to ensure that Boezetti packaging will continue to grow as it has and that it will be supplying the world for many more decades. This will only happen through the grace of God and support from it`s loyal and satisfied customers, to whom we are truly grateful.
